Shipping
Parcels are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment, via UPS with a tracking number and delivered without or against signature. Delivery costs are €19.90. They are waived for purchases over €999. It is the buyer's responsibility to study the legislation of their country, and they are solely responsible for any issues with parcel delivery. We decline all liability for parcel loss or delays by postal services.
Returns
Buyers can return sealed products within 14 days of receiving their order. To do so, they must request this by contacting our customer service here.
Payment
